WHAT KIND OF INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
We use natural human-grade ingredients that are safe for your pets. We also use a mold inhibitor to extend the life of your treat.
HOW LONG DO YOUR TREATS LAST?
We use natural preservatives including honey, cinnamon, vitamin E, and a mold inhibitor to extend the life of our baked products. We also dehydrate our pet treats to extend their life. Our pet treats last up to 90 days and keeping them in a cool, dry place will help to extend that life. They may also be kept in the refrigerator or freezer in an air-tight container.
HOW DOES DELIVERY AND SHIPPING WORK?
Shipping and handling is a flat $6 fee. We use USPS for shipping and expected delivery time is 3-5 days. If faster shipping is needed, please contact us directly. We also deliver locally free of charge to Putnam County.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Due to the perishable nature of pet treats, we do not accept returns. If you are not happy with the product , you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
